4 He who observes the wind will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap.

Proverbs 22:8  8 He who sows iniquity will reap sorrow and the rod of his anger will fail.

To be noticed by the world

for what is accomplished here,

while insults steadily are hurled

at every one, who holds God dear.

 

Why is it that the lowest form of life

are people filled with lies,

who influence decisions at your every turn

as the hope in our children dies?

 

Starving to death in spirit and flesh

that’s hidden through a worldly mask,

as some elected few in office and church

seem equally unprepared for the task.

 

Some are in office because of the vote

and some in office by feeling called.

To most of them sensitivity is remote

and accomplishments little overall.

 

Why is it … when thinking that one is on top

of the world by displaying their wealth?

Even their faces are known by every slob

and their reasoning familiar to self.

 

Is it then … because flesh reaps flesh

and that from Adam on down

Depravity in all communicates best

since we all can call it our own?

 

Will life get better in days already bought

or is it by now beyond repair?

If the future is built on our children's thoughts

through examples of leaders and self?

 

Are we any better than the ones we give fame

or are we worse than we think that they are?

I agree with the last for we are to blame

for tolerating these leaders too well.

 

Since days of old, it has been written clear

that society is an extension of self.

That values and thoughts, which in leaders appear,

are the results of battles in self.

 

Is it possible to win a battle with self as an option,

if not guided directly by the Lord.

Who knows every mine in your field of deception

and will show you truth in His word.

 

So follow Christ in word and deed

and the world will hate you a lot,

but the best in life is with God's speed

and so to travel in the presence of God

 

Is there hope ... for this world to survive

in its present form without God?

No! for whatever methods the world supplies

is surely doomed or you like it or not!

 

Unless in acceptance of Christ's sacrifice

since He is the Only Way.. to God

in repentance come forward to join life

in Christ Jesus …the Son of God
