As one door closes, another door opens

My high school door is about to close

But not shut forever

Friends and knowledge I will keep as I open each door

An experience that has shaped me 

Eager to explore what's on the other side of that door

That door is college

College is my dream

A door I want to walk through

Something I've worked hard to get to

A place that will make my career possible

Each door is the path to a new journey

Choices I will make

Things I will endure

College is my door to happiness and success

It's where I want to be

That door will remain open forever
