The Opaque Empress came from beyond the air 

And she had a clouded stare 

From where she came, no man knew 

And into the air, she flew 

She had a sword of white glass 

She swung it back and forth with a flash 

Her power knew no bounds 

Her shrieks, a ghastly sound 

Black diamonds rested on her crown 

And she lived in a palace deep underground 

She wore a long robe of pure silk 

Never to the side, did her crown tilt 

She stepped side to side, with a haunting sway 

And every enemy she had, she slayed 

Until one fateful day... 

With her own blood, was her clothing stained 

Finally, everyone was free 

Because of an earthly warrior who came to be 

Born from flesh and bone 

She made the journey on her own 

Before, and for her the way was prepared 

And she travelled on an ebony mare 

For her strength, wit and despite her size 

Legend called her a Knight
