 All the ways vs ... 

 

All the ways of man surely seem pure in his own eyes.

Through his own perspective, he always appears nice.

To love oneself or hate oneself still put all the attention.

On the" self" he knows, at peace, lost in his pretension.

 

Imprisoned to self in thought and deed is the only thing that matters

From a twisted point of view underlining as relationships shatter.

Maybe, after all, is said and done it appeared all for himself.

Quite an example he has become an urn placed on a shelf.

 

How does death appear to you just like a pretty mausoleum?

Maybe marble inlaid with gold as it stands peaceful in the sun.

What if you really knew that there is no peace in the spirit

and that agony and pain are here for the ungodly to inherit?

 

The way, you appear in your own eyes, now really does not matter.

The purity, that God provides, at will surely expose the latter

To show how one appears to Jesus comparing wrong and right

as the thoughts of how you see yourself, as He gently invites.

 

Who you are or supposed to be will you ever know?

Unless our God and Savior move on your heart to show.

The freedom you think you have maybe sin’s beguiling plea

that everything will be all-right in your basic human treat.

 

The time you have left to hunger is shorter than you think.

It may stop in an hour or maybe in a year you’re on the brink.

It really does not matter if in Salvation’s plan you stand

A second may be like Eternity as you grasp the Savior's hand.

 

He asks you to come in faith since He has no other conditions.

Just to trust Him with your life and He helps you with contrition.

He’ll make your foes be at peace with you if you repent and hunger

for His Righteousness, my Friends will forever make you stronger.
