It's the landing,

One step, One mistake, one moment,

Cords and rope do little,

Rocks, Water, Ground,

Safety is in reach but not close enough,

Today there will be no fear,

Tomorrow will continue on,

No matter the sacrifice made,

Heart rates build, Breathing slows,

The world comes to a standstill,

Off the edge, I take this step.
