One Speck Out Of A Billion

I am one little speck out of a billion
And here’s what I have to say.
I’ve seen my brothers and sisters
Pass Away
Fight for their dream
Of equality and respect

The ones who are meant to protect us
They kill us in our sleep
They go around as heroes
Receiving praises as we weep.
They say they are in danger
Feeling no sympathy
For the innocent they kill
Brutally

We fought for equality
The ethical Way
Using no violence
To persuade
But yet you ignore our call
You try to defer the dream
Of a very noble Man
Dr. Martin Luther King
And with this rage
You plant into our hearts
We will detest and fight
Till we get what we want
We’ll stop at nothing
The specks of dust
And come together to create
A mountain
Strong, bold and firm you see.
Together we can set our anger free
Before we fight
You have one more chance
To put down your guns
And listen to our chants:
We Want Justice Now
We Want Justice Now
We Want Justice Now
We Want Justice Now
We Want Justice Now
We Want Justice Now
We Want Justice Now
