One more day, one day at a time

Mon, 10/05/2015 - 17:45 -- Grond1

So many miles so many roads seems like there is no path untaken.
Still my heart is beating and full
You were the one who saved my life, a life that stood on sand and shaking.
And still my heart is beating and full.
I felt your touch when you werent there,
A part of me that fills a void.
It made my heart to beat, and full.
If love is the blood that brings us life,
Then surely no man has lived like me.
Today my heart is beating and full.
Muscle and bone, every sinew craves
Just one sweet smile to fill my day.
Eyes like gemstones that sparkle like dew,
Seeing my weakness and
Worship of you.
Fill my beating heart til full.
A voice like the song of angels
Boundless and fair.
Resonates the fiber of my
Being,
Filled with love to share.
My full beating heart spills over.
Skin trembles in anticipation
Of the caress of love awaiting
To mix the breath of two
Who join in flesh and die in passion,

I breath you in and fill my heart.

Fruit harvested ripe engorged with sweetness,
I burst, yet unsatisfied.
But still my heart is beating and full.
Every moment longing,
Every feeling fresh and pungent, fragrant with the scent of the renewed love yet to come.
