One Can't Help But Feel Empty Inside

When you look around, what do you see?

Perhaps a healthy, happy world.

But with good comes bad,

evil, digression, descension

And one can't help but feel empty inside.

Many people get plenty of food each day,

And can enjoy their food, too.

But many others aren't so fortunate.

They don't have enough food to make it

And they cry...and they die.

And one can't help but feel empty inside.

Many people can coexist wth others,

Even those different from them.

But many others hate those who

Are different from them in any way.

Segregation, violence, and murder

can all occur due to racism.

And one can't help but feel empty inside.

Many times, racism can be settled

Between feuding countries.

But other times, war breaks out

And war can break out for other

reasons, as well.

And then people lose their lives

For no purpose at all.

And one can't help but feel empty inside.

Many times, other religions can be accepted,

and people can believe

what they want to believe.

But many other times, people can be

outcasted, judged, condemned

for their religious beliefs

And they have nobody around

to care for them.

And one cant help but feel empty inside.

Often times we find that the world

can be so heartbeaking, so bad.

You look up, down, and all around

And there's no good to be found.

So I implore you to be generous

and accept those of other

races, countries, and religions.

Beause if you don't, the world

will cotinue to digress and because of that,

One can't help but feel empty inside.
