Offspring

Not a day goes by that I can't Fly,

Through mountains and landscapes wet and dry,

Though I rise to the top of a flock in sky,

I have to touch ground to eat and survive,

I travel the world full of sorrow and blue,

but I keep on singing my love for you.

When dark night arrives,

you deep sleep away,

I stand on a tree top a few feet away,

Outside your window a faithful dog,

That's what I am like when you wake up,

The sun comes up and you arise,

My bright shining mornin' is what you are,

Together forever 'til end of time,

I'll keep singing for you 'til I depart.
