An Ode to my Muse

My muse, my dear,

You’ve gotten me here

And for that forever I’m grateful.

However, my queen,

I can’t set you free,

Without you I won’t be successful.

So thank you, my muse,

Just a thing that I use

So stay here, locked away tight

Perhaps one day

I’ll find another to play

Once I’ve used you for my own delight.
