Ocean of Knoweldge

There is a vast ocean of things I don’t understand,

Instead of taking the time; to explain these things,

You would laugh at me, you would shun me.

All because I didn’t understand.

I don’t understand what you want from me.

You act as if the ocean has been fully understood

And I should know all of these things.

I understand that the whale is larger than any other animal in the sea,

And I understand that the plankton in smaller than a pencil tip.

And yet, it is still not enough.

I find myself constantly trying to prove myself to you.

but why?
