Now And On

With the slight touch of my fingers on the delicate surface of your skin

Your eyes will shine and your mouth will let sweet laughs escape

And when our lips meet

Fire will spark where the cold once was

The rain will pour over the drought in our hearts

I will paint you my love with my lips on you as the canvas

I will love you as the dark rises and the lights go out

And our bodies feel so close and no longer alone
