Sitting here staring at these flowers
I realized that you can be stem deep in water like one who is knee deep in love
and still the water (love) will dry up and come to an end into a vase of nothingness
and you like the once beautiful flower will shrivel up, thus becoming dark and gloomy
and without support lose all strength from the loss of love until u eventually fall over like a flower..
Oh forget love! forget flowers! they never last...
but on the contrary, with more love (water) that flower can be brought back to life.
That flower (you) can stand tall again and regain its beauty...
until its absorbed in its water (love) again...
How long can this last?
How many times can the flower (you) be watered (experience love) before it becomes to weak to stand tall again?
That is the feeling of heartbreak.
Not every heart will mend.
In due time if and when a heart does mend, there will always be a scar.
There will always be drips of water that never dissolved.
More water is not always the solution.
Sometimes the flower has had enough.
And unfortunately will always, in time fall over and die.
Nothing Lasts Forever, Not even a Flower
