Fri, 02/13/2015 - 13:57 -- DiFrae

Who am I, you ask

When this smoke clears

What is behind this am standing here?

I am more simple than i appear

I'm a open book I'll be honest

I'll be modest, I got no fear

To tell the audience

If y'all wanna hear

I am a ghetto small-town boy

really in my heart

but I'm really a rich whitekid

That's one part-

Music and rap flows like electricity

through these veins

Poetry is my out and rhymes are my game

Robert Frost is my hero

And bass controls my reins

Keeps me from boardin'on Ozzy's train

From goin' berzerk ,from goin'insane

Controls the beast in my rib cage

Beast Mode, no return, the twilight zone

Seattle; I make it rain

That's why they call me DiFrae

Crank up the bass, there's no treble

I'm music's wingman, I get your speakers laid

When I'm in the momentum

I'm stuck in the rhythm

All is blurry like my astigmatism

I'm in a high, this is my venom

This is who I am

Can't let them, take away this

I may look like a white,

nerdy,

shy,

reserved,

Peace-loving,

kind of person

but I'll fight for my passion

if even it isn't worth it

I'm gonna call for the curtain

Moral of the story?

In all of us, we have something else lurkin'.
