No Regret

Fri, 06/24/2016 - 15:40 -- EbbyBL

My life differentiates from yours

Different paths mistakenly have met

Shooken we are to the core

But there is still no regret

We smile at each other from behind the scene

Of composure and friendliness that people take so keen

Advantage of distance and desolate despair

Together we happened without any care

Mistakes were to follow without our permission

To turn the world back "upright" would be our dread-to-be mission

A final goodbye filled with tears and despair

But regret is still missing from the pile that we share

One final look back and we see our nightmares awoken

Because lying on the ground are still hearts that were broken.
