What is wrong with this generation of kids?

What happened to getting out and having fun?

I look around and there are kids in elementary school

who have better cell phones than I do!

I thought my generation was spoiled!

These kids wouldn't last a year without electronics

Don't get me wrong, technology is amazing and it's a good thing

But come on!

Their childhood consist of Ipods, Iphones, tablets, kindle fires, etc.

My childhood consist of playgrounds, bike rides, sports, and good old cartoons

I understand now why my parents say that their childhood cartoons are much better then ours

Now I say it to my younger cousins, and when I watch my old cartoons

I pick up things I would have never understood when I was a child

I look at these new cartoons and realize that they are more inappropriate then mine!

The jokes that are said are not suitable for kids and make me want to punch the person who came up with that show

Ridiculous!

I hope this new generation gets it act together or our generation is gonna have to set them straight.
