What more can you take that you haven’t yet.
Stolen smiles, presents of tears, not again!
Memories of you and all dejected things you do, I won’t let you take what is left of me.
Bruises fade but the scars still remain.
Do you remember me, all those years you stole from me?
The kid I can never be, never the same, never again!
This crippling secret hidden with untold lies folded up and stowed away.
Still I Wake in cold sweats, cuts on my hands fighting what’s not there.
Made to be a victim before I could stand, all the torment down the drain.
Stolen tears baptized in pain.
Your love became my rage!
Turn my skin inside out and separate the vein, not again!
The kid I can never be, never the same, never again!
Save your breath I do not care take your pity down to hell.
I am not Jesus, I won’t forgive.
Do you see the innocence you stole from me?
The kid I can never be, never the same, never again!
