Never Filter a Laugh

Genes have made my eyes glow with dark rings,

they are also made of the bluest of blues,

shimmering in the sunlight,

unique in their own way.

My hair has never been died or changed,

it is the plainest shade of brown,

naturally wavy but straight,

having a mind of it's own.

My feet the size of a man's,

size 11 to be exact,

another identifying feature that is all my own.

All of these things I can cover up,

with makeup, product, or shoes.

There is one thing that will never have a filter,

something that is beautiful in every way,

that's my laugh,

one thing that will never change.
