My Dear Friend Depression

Depression is like that younger sibling you always had to share your toys with

It's like you're drowning but you're not underwater

it's like you're suffocating but the noose isn't around your neck yet

it's a reminder that the light at the end of the tunnel is not an exit but it is a train coming toward you and the train will hit you but it won't kill no matter how bad you want it to

Depression is like the devils advocate always trying to test your strength knowing that you are weak too weak to help yourself and too weak to ask for help

depression is that one friend in your group that you never want to be there

Depression is my friend and not because i want it to be it's just there more than people are there for me

depression is the foundation of the wall that i built to block people out

depression will be the death of me it will be the reason why my last breathe will be at such a young age

And on the Note i will leave it will say

"To my dear friend Depression,

        you made me do it."
