Music

Without there are no midnight drives,

long road trips,

rooftop dreams,

workout scenes;

there are no triumphs

there are no trials nor tribulations

Without there are no head-banging

no performances

no stages

no encores

no awards

Without there are no mountains too high

no valleys too low

no men done ya wrong

no broken hearts

no big egos

Without there are no tapping feet

no euphoric melodies

no groovin’ vibes

no Dannies and Sandies

Without there are no smiles of harmony

there are no grasps of animosity

no more didactic rhythms

no more crystals to the soul

no more passionate lyrics

no more poems

nope, none at all
