Moving From Cali to Seattle

Location

Gray, I see you.

So obviously blatant-

glaring at me uncomfortably.

Where is the color I ask.

The skies bleed your lifelessness,

and my soul fills in the gap,

gushing out its inner color.

Why does it take so much?

So much love for detail,

love for outdoors from me?

I miss that sunshine,

that fine fine sunshine.

Now I sit here dreaming

of the warmth of light

the warmth of life.

And I look back to the gray,

who glares back to me.

And I know what I must do.
