Mother Bird (Freestyle)

Mon, 04/19/2021 - 13:30 -- -Ash-

Mother bird, mother bird
nuzzled in her nest
Her eggs below her blue feathers
She sits facing the moon
Waiting for her birds to fly

Mother bird, mother bird
looking at eggs which crack
She gives a loud noise
Sitting near her baby jays
Waiting for her birds to fly

Mother bird, mother bird
feeding her babies worms
Watching as they take with enthusiam
She dangles the food in her beak
Waiting for her birds to fly

Mother bird, mother bird
with her baby birds
Giving them their passage
Helping them learn to flap
Waiting for her birds to fly

Mother bird, mother bird
silenty staring at her children
Watching them take passage
Gradually flying away
No longer waiting for her birds to fly

Mother bird, mother bird
nuzzled in her nest
Her eggs below her blue feathers
She sits facing the moon
Waiting for her birds to fly
