Misfit Human

I belong nowhere

I am a nobody

What I am is kinda rare

What I am is free

What I really am is a misfit

I am not popular

I am not perfect

I don’t like the color pink

I don’t like  publicity

I am just me

People look at me like I’m a monster

People treat me like trash

Who do they think they are

To not treat me like I’m human

They walk all over me like I’m the damn floor

They are fools to call me emo for wearing black

And for giving me rude looks

And for saying I’m worthless

Because I am still a human

Because I’m still one of them

No matter what they call me

No matter what they do to me

No matter what they say I am

I will always be human
