Misconceptions

The day was split into half then the second appears.

As the solitary moon rises the owl’s “who” announces its presence.  The dragon flower opens.

Suddenly the sky turns black

And with a thunder’s flash and crack, the sky explodes in fury.

But as soon as it started it stopped.

The moon cracked in half as the shining yolk rose to dry the sodden land.  The dragon flower closed.
