Midnight Rose

Location

Midnight rose;
can I be your gardener?
So I may tend to you
Even when the harshest winter
Has glazed my skin in grayish ember.
And when I close my eyes
I can almost see you bloom
Into the beautiful garden
I knew you'd be.
Midnight rose;
Let me embrace your
devilish thorns.
Soak you in like
The morning sun.
midnight rose
Your lips
Made of red rain soaked pedals
You bless my day
Like sunrise
