'Merica

Tue, 11/08/2016 - 04:23 -- Hazel.O

I live in a place that was pure and good once

But somewhere down the line people had to come and fuck it up

Telling people they can be who they want and say what they feel

Bullshit

Yeah we got freedom but only when I say so

All these gays and lesbians and every other letter in the Goddamn alphabet

Going around waving their rainbow flags and poisoning the minds of children

Trying to make the world a homosexual place

Well I won’t have it

I go to every gay pride rally and hold a banner that says “God hates fags”

I’m not religious though

I make sure I know when every pride event is

I put it in my calendar, I make sure I go

So I can stand there for hours and show those fags what a strong straight person looks like

I stand my ground

“You’re going to burn in hell” I say

After I do my civic duty I go home

All the news is about the presidential candidates

We gonna have a good man in power come November

He’s gonna make ‘Merica great again

He’s gonna get those fucking aliens out of our country

build a wall to keep ‘em where they belong

‘Merica ain't no place for immigrants

If that bitch gets into the house though

We’re all doomed

If she’s president I’m getting out of this country and moving to Alaska

Don’t even get me started on that “Black Lives Matter” shit

You know what lives matter?

The ones you can see in the dark

It ain’t our fault you got shot boy, we can’t see you

Don’t be out in the dark if it’s hunting season boy

My gun is loaded

I’ll be sitting on my porch waiting for you boy

Coppers will come around

I’ll say it was an accident

Who they gonna believe?

I lived in a place that was pure and good once

And I can’t wait to see it back to the way it was

This poem is about:
My country
Our world
