I'm better now, as best as can be

I see what everyone was saying to me.

It's not about fame, power or wealth,

life is about being strong and moving with tact and great stealth.

Since realizing this, I love myself more.

I do more for myself than ever before.

Now I now two things to be factually true,

One being that the only thing that can help you is you!

The second is not so easy to explain,

In the plainest of terms, there can't be rainbows without rain.

Nothing compares to taking care of yourself,

Nothing compares to strong mental health.
