In America,

Where we're free to our opinions

We're free to believe

If that is so

Then why is there contention?

Brother turns against brother

Sister against sister

I'm right

You're wrong

Where's the solutions?

Why can't we focus on solutions

Instead of trampling

On another's right to their opinions?

We need to think less

Of satisfying our party

We need to think more

Of what's right for

We the People

of the United States of America

We need to meet in the middle.
