Math is the true struggle.

Adding, subtracting, that’s the simple stuff,
But I’m a senior in calculus and we no longer use that stuff.
Derivatives and rules I don’t understand,
I need some help, So here’ s my plan.
My plan is to cry at every math problem I see,
Because asking for help and studying won’t do for me.
This is too difficult; let me switch out of this class!
“Nope”, said my counselor, you’re staying in that class.

I try to study, I try tutoring, I even do some practice problems,
You know what? My teacher is the problem.
You can’t teach, you don’t give me notes, how am I going to pass?
You expect me to learn everything that fast?
THIS IS AN HONORS CLASS , why are you giving us AP material?
Oh math, math, math, is the true struggle.
