Managing Your Dream

As a little girl, I was told by my brothers not to cry

We played sports and they didn't play fair

But I kept playing

Injuries happened and I found I am not an athlete

But events showed me

I could manage

I could manage a backyard baseball team

An online football team

A fantasy hockey team

This is my dream, to always manage

Sports are my passion and management is my talent

I will be a woman general manager

And no one will tell me not to cry

When I direct my team to the championship
