in loving memory of "angel" featuring creative writer

She was young,she was beautiful,

we stayed together in the short time we had  before we went our separate ways

in that space, at that moment , we shared an undeniable bond unbroken.

Both of us young and near death,

the other wrapped in gauze knowing that she was going home,

she was leaving us today but not without a goodbye

she gave us a bracelet to take away the pain,

God is the reason we're still alive, as we were walking through the valley of death,

faith united us to still be here. a bracelet represents the sacred of friendship reminding me where i was at one point

and it always holds close to my heart.

after she left I underwent the last part of my forever mark, I was restrained by my wrists never able to count the beads, to see how long the pain lasted, then it was over, all of those emergency trips, all of the pain all washed away into the past, the youngest girl was not as lucky, which is why we need to have a strong prayer life. each day, we gain strength through faith and grace and overcome any obstacle that stands in ourway. too young to understand, the youngest left for another hospital and I left for home never again having to worry about what would have killed me without the advances of our minds, now I sit here and ponder about the younger girl, questioning if she is alive or dead,  asking God for answers will confirm my thoughts about that little girl's life, i think about her, i miss her  I was clueless, dumbfounded, I think about her, I miss her, she is now a heavenly angel, an angel sent from God to protect me from danger. i can hear her angelic voice harmonizing joyful thoughts that uplifts my spirits. Now she rests in peaceful slumber, the rise of her star, the fall of her life,
