Love vs. Obsession

How the sun yearns and aches to be whole

Whole with the Moon

The admiration of the the beams from the moon

He feels as if she completes him.

With each eclipse, we will get closer

And someday be one.

If I heal the Sun and fix his wounds

Do I have enough energy to love myself?

He seems to adore the concept of the Moon

Not the Moon herself.

He loves her beams and does all to keep them present

But when the eclipse is over

And we are apart,

The Sun gets dim and depressed from the absence of her

And gets negative and hurts the Moon yet calls for an end

And gives the Moon false hope to making her stay.

He claims this is love.

From Earth,

I heard your voice in the constellations

It made the stars shimmer

Earth kneeled and looked up into my eyes

Only to stare at me as if heaven opened up

And I was the key to eternal tranquility

Though Earth worships the Moon

The Moon also worships the Earth

It is a harmony and a balance of the Earth and Moons love,

It is not the same as the Sun and the Moons “love”.

They are quite different,

The Sun’s love is based on wants and needs

The Earth’s love is based on freedom and respect

The Moon doesn’t need either, so her love is true.
