Love at First Expiry

I saw the sea, then I felt her breath.

I heard her smile, forgot how to fear death.

There was color to the truth, if there ever was a thing,

in the black I could see, in the red I could sing.

When you're born there is sound, there is new all around.

Turns to music when you love, they are vultures, you're a dove.

And you sing and you fight and you start to hate light,

and you travel and you write and then death turns you white.

-And the soulmate you thought could never exist,

she was wating on a star,

she was waiting for your lips,

she was waiting for your hand

to come and touch her hips.
