Love in battle

I crave the sands, these beautiful mills
Like Huries each corn of them
Their dancing parther, the noble wind
Their breathless spectator we starstruck men

See the clouds cleaving, parting
The scarlet tissue has been cast
By the grace of the light ray
Will we break our blood fast

Engage, engage in the oldest dance
It has been captured on old vases
It has been coded in our genes
A salute to it in every broken lance

With fiery passion that would set
every women in bitter envy
We storm to each other, we bloodlusted men
Chasing pain like years past we chased candy

Just you exist in this moment, no other, other none
Your weary hard eyes, your dirty hair
Even as the bullet does come,
the fickle air between us mares
I can't but look into your eyes
So beautiful, my mind defies.
