of love and accommodation

I hope you find someone who
you can lock eyes with and not
want to look away.
Who will order for you
when you're too anxious to do it yourself.
A person who is happy to ask the questions
that get stuck in your throat.
Someone who's willing to hold your hand
when it begins to shake
in a crowd.

They'll understand when the party is too much,
when you cannot make a phone call,
when you always need to be extra early
because the mere notion of being late causes your brain
and tear ducts to explode.

I hope you find someone who loves you;
all of you;
even with all the anxiety and quirks,
they do not find you an inconvenience.
They choose you for everything you are
and they are more than willing to breathe
with you through the panic attacks.
