Do I dare look at that beautiful site?
Oh I wish to see thee day after day.
The vision of you comes during the night,
There is always a feeling of dismay.
I just try to be strong when you are gone.
Summer has come again; but I stand tall
I shall not falter I shall go on.
This dreadful distance will not make me fall.
But, the thought of you away kills my heart.
I only want you back here safe and sound.
It is clear what you do; a work of art,
Though I only ask for you to be found.
I will leave a light on always for thee,
So all will know our story; from the dark sea.
