Day by day,

An endless trial of walking in one direction.

Without a path set to where it will go,

Walking into the unknown.

Days by weeks,

Another tragedy gone by,

But still the unknown path is taken, walked on, and ran over.

Looking for smething pure to find rest in,

For peace in mind, nirvana, a neverending story that fills with joyous thoughts.

Walking into nothing that promotes good rest,

Walking without optimism.

Weeks turn into months,

The roads untaken look more possible to approach,

A smile at the middle of it,

Does it matter where it ends?

For cetrain, it is better to know that there is a smile somewhere,

Than being trapped in oblivion

Walking through the endless shifting sands
