They went to work

But needed an axe

To cut the wood.

The loafer left to ask

Of his neighbour axe

While there, he chose to dine,

to dance and wine.

While on course,

The other, of the same cause came:

I want your axe he requested

But i came for the axe the loafer interrupted

No! you want the axe but went for the meal

I want the axe and nothing more.

You have had a chance

And now its mine

Determined, he went with the axe

To perform his task

While the loafer

Roamed in remorse.
