Life Without Marisa

A life without Marisa
Would be no life at all.
She is my inspiration,
My source of pride and glory,
The only thing that keeps me going.
For without her, I don't know what I would do.
Maybe drugs? Maybe alcohol?
But that would be bad.
Look at the life I would have had.
But instead here I am,
As perfect as can be.
So why are all these kids so mean?
I never do anything at all,
But every day I seem to fall,
Over and over, again and again
Into a pit of bad feeling and a shattered heart.
But Marisa has been there from the very start
To pick me back up and get me going.
She pushes me to succeed
And be the best I can possibly be.
She is there when I need her, and when I don't.
She doesn't get mad
And is always there to lend a helping hand.
There is nothing in the world I could possibly do
Just to say "Thank You"
To the only friend I truly have.
She is the best thing that has ever happened to me .
So now I hope you finally se,
A life without Marisa
Would be the worst life of all.
