Life Without

Quiet and nothing around

Drove with sadness, madness

The Solidarity

Wherever this place was

Happiness was not found

Mentality filled with negativity

Run through the long corridors

In search for a source of positivity

Before thoughts drive one to the ground

These were the thoughts I always had

Alone and frightened

With no reason to be glad

Only a heart that was always sad

But then I met them

My new group of friends

Changed my life now and most likely until the very end

Their kindness never for pretend

Laughter filled nights

Rarely ever any fights

Ears that listen

Emotional tears shared that glisten

A bond created

Never meant to be severed

These people are my best friends

No

They are my second family

Without them I wouldn’t have a reason to be here

Without them I wouldn’t be the person that I am

Because this

I am very grateful, thankful

I can’t imagine my life without
