Life of a River

The River runs down

through the Valley of Life.

It twists and turns,

to avoid the strife.

A few Rocks are thrown

into the River haphazardly,

leaving it's path rough and dasterdly.

Now the River roars,

preparing itself for the great fall ahead.

Over the cliff, falling like lead.

The Water it falls,

so wild and free,

crashing to Earth

on it's way to the Sea.

Absorbed by the Sky

becoming Rain up on high,

to be released back into the Valley of Life.

In this cycle the River runs free,

throughout all Time,

into eternity.
