How's life by the border people ask, smiling thinking what a great life we have. Not living close to the city they think were all that. Scary I should say to wake up every night to sense someone looking through ur window with their eyes tight. Seeing the big men in green with vicous k-9 trying to catch all the runners with there two own feet. Trying to close your eyes again and imagine this is only pretend. All of a sudden your house starts to shake. Your heart is pounding out of your chest. There's lights comming from outside and I begin to cry. The noise is unberable so close to my ears, theres a giant helicopter and iIam in great fear. They start pounding in our door to let them in. They say they have children to be feed. You hear the dogs barking, and the men in green running, the helicopter already has them in the spot. The children are screaming in fear asking thier parents what now. You hear the truck's engines low mummble knowing that they have caught everyone. They ask them why they cross , they reply because. We need to feed our children and we need to work so please don't send us back from where were from. The green men didn't care they got them inside the truck and left. Everyday I face great fear by living by the border so sadly in tears.
