Life

Location

We come into this big world alone,

A place we have no clue about but now call home.

Not aware of the trouble and problems we will face,

As the time fly bye us as if we were Usain Bolt in a race.

From the beginning we're taught what's good and what's bad,

Trying to impress and make proud the main two, your mom and dad.

If not them, then the people you look up to,

Everyone needs a teacher to inform then that the grass is green and the sky is blue.

We make friends as we compare and contrast lives with others,

Many realize that not everyone has full course meals and some don't have mothers.

Once you take the blindfold off you notice life is not all what it may seem,

It's not nice and comfortable, it's cold and mean.

It beats you down and screams in your ears telling you to don't get up,

Only the strong rises from the dirt and yells back at life telling it to just shut up.

Mostly everyone has dreams  their chasing, so they sleep all day,

Not knowing while your resting, reality is making your dream just fade away.

If you want something in life you have to be willing to overpower the hulk and out run superman,

Fight through your deepest fear without saying you can't, 'cause you can.

Love will be found, in every form that their is,

Black, white, gay, straight, small, big.

As long as you love them and they love you, then that's all that matters,

Don't worry about peoples thoughts or looks or immature chatter.

Respect and love is the key source to happiness,

Not who has the most money and cars or being number one on the fashion list.

Life is a game so you better know the rules,

'Cause it will attempt to trick you and make you look like a fool.

Don't be a victim of the evils of life,

Win and own this game as you've done already lived twice.

But appreciate the life you have cause it all can be taken away,

This game can end at anytime, tomorrow, next week, or even today.

So live your life for you and don't worry about others,

Don't live your life for anyone, not even your mother.

Cause when you're in that casket you won't be with your best friends or your boo,

The only one who will be left in that casket… is you.
