I saw your beautiful face today
You’re perfect from head to toe
And though I’m not the perfect mate
I’m hoping you won’t say no

You see, I’m just a little decayed
Loose flesh here and there
You can even see a little bone
But I cover it well with hair

My fingers are fleshless and crooked
My teeth are mostly rotten
The clothes I wear are threadbare and worn
My sense of style forgotten

I know you’re so far out of my league
Some might say ‘the impossible dream’
But you have a pulse and brainwaves I crave
We’d make the perfect team!

With just a little time and understanding
I know you’d come to fall
In love with me, though I’m rotting
And have a southern drawl

But if you refuse my offer
If you decide from my company you’ll part
Perhaps you’ll offer me just a piece
Of your tasty-I mean sweet-heart
