Letting go is never something fun

Walking away from what means most 

But sometimes it just has to be done

Realizing it's better to walk away

Destroying and crushing relationships

Enabling them to go astray

Nothing about this is fun

Lord knows I've tried my best

It's time to pack up and be done

It is now her place to handle the best

There isn't much more I can do

Now it's time to understand I have to let loose
