They say, choose your battles wisely. But I say, fight them all. For though I am bested, I am not stopped. I am the beast that knows no chains, I am the wind that knows no law. When I had achieved what I had so long dreamed of, and when they looked to us, having witnessed our onslaught through the obstacles that belittled us, I said only this. "Remeber us as warriors, for we died with swords in our hands" though they had claimed, "Your people were defeated, and there was no morale!" "Then remember us as heroes!" I had said. "For we died for a cause greater than ourselves." They had claimed, "But your cause was forgotten, and replaced by another!" "Then remember us as martyrs!" I had said. "For we died knowing faith flowed from our hearts for our beliefs." Though through it all, and before it started, regardless of which fruit from which tree each of us sought, one truth stood present. We were put on the earth for a reason, we were designed individually to do what we were born to do. It was God that wrote our story, walked with us the whole way, and carried us when the tide was raised. We simply chose the forks in the road, that led us together to form the Legion, that became Legend.
