When discovering what is right and wrong

has been replaced with

For what is beneficial 

in an environment that is weakened by opression

a leader is made in process

when feelings and common sense becomes numb

by law and regulation of cultural injustice

a leader is made in process

when man becomes a number and he makes

his woman an object

she has a choice to be trotten or forgotten

a leader is made in process

when the numbers  add up

and in your eye you see

For there is more freedom than to sit

and chit chat a life away in distaste and lies

A leader is made in process

not like pastuerized cheese in a factory

but like a young black in America
