Everybody’s lookin for cells Oh! Ain’t that the reason you in this lab? Oh!

You ain’t going to find them dancing around. No! I gotta better solution for you boy. Oh!

Just come with me now, say the word and we’ll go. I’ll be the teacher. I’ll show you some cells.

You’ll see the side of life you’ve never known. I’m learning now, learning now!

In the lab I see cells all over me, in my head, in the ground, and in the tree.

In the lab you’ll be yelling OH! In the lab it’s going down, in the lab it’s going down.

In the lab, yeah, in the lab Oh yeah!

Some cells have a membrane, ay ay But not all cells are the same.

Instead of a membrane, some have a cell wall Yeah!

Get down to business instead of play Yeah! Just come with me now, say the word and we’ll go.

I’ll be the teacher, I’ll show you Lysomes. You’ll see the side of life you’ve never known,

I can see it going down, going down In the lab I see them in the microscope.

In the lab learning what they do for the body, In the lab you’ll yell OH!

In the lab it’s going down, in the lab it’s going down in the lab.

I’m learning here in the lab right now. You’ll be yelling OH! When you figure it out.

Just come with me now, say the word and we’ll go. I’ll be the teacher. I’ll show you the cell wall.

You’ll see the side of life you’ve never known. I can see the nucleus now, nucleus now!

In the lab I see chloroplast, In the lab it’s so stinking green! In the lab you’ll be yellin OH!

In the labit’s going down, in the lab it going down, it’s going down in the lab!

In the lab I see the vacuole as full as can be.

In the lab the sun fulfills all it’s needs. In the lab you’ll be yelling OH!

In the lab it’s going down, in the lab it’s going down in the lab!
