Know the Works

Sand particles drip from the fabric of my clothes

Like a sniper scope my eyes always look for it

Whether internet inhabits it I still know what it does

From my fingers to the keys, I always hear the click

Microsoft, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Maya

No internet required

Paint, photo gallery, visual, and Camtasia

Utilizing the skills that throughout time I have acquired

Unlimited resources in my sandy palm

The battery you ask? Conservation is the key

I plan to stay clam

Utilize it when am truly in need

When its life does end

Tools can be made from the shell

Survive on the island I have now to attend

But without my laptop this truly would have been hell
