A KISS OF LIES

Kiss Of Lies
Well tell me when a kiss of love becomes a lie
why do you love to see me cry
you look at me as if everything is alright
That bares the scar of sin too deep in my heart
when I look at your dark blank eyes
it's like you don't have a soul
or did it just get to cold
I hide behind old fear
I running into the new ones
In a darkened room is where you keep me
you beat me down
you cling to just the sound of my pains
how can I defined my self when no good is around
how can I stand up and beat you down
You belittled me day and night
All the precious times have been put to rest again
And the smile of the dawn I have to lock away into memories
I face the day when I'm tortured to face my own trust
I look watching who I am crystallize away to another place
While my salvation it crumbles to rose dust
When you kiss me I know it was only a lie
something just to keep me hanging on
